How to Confirm Your JBL is Not Charging?
JBL Flip 6 has a battery status gauge at the top. This indicator light is next to the power and Bluetooth buttons. It blinks white and red to inform about the battery percentage.
Pulsing red light means that the battery is running low. When you connect the charger, the light turns white. However, if the lights keep blinking red even after several minutes of connecting to the power, it indicates that the device is not charging.
Another way to confirm the charging is by touching the speaker. It should feel warm after 10-15 minutes of connecting the power. No warmth indicates failure in the charging mechanism.

Thus, the charging cable cannot fit properly. Use a toothbrush or toothpick to remove all the dust or debris from inside. Blow gently to ensure cleaning and connect the charger again.
5. Restore to Factory Settings
