Make sure your mobile phone is connected to the WiFi where Vizio SmartCast app is installed.

You need to put your Vizio Soundbar into WiFi setup mode. You can do this by pressing the Menu button on your Vizio remote.
After pressing the Menu button you can find WiFi setup by pressing the arrows.
To select something you have to use the play/pause button. When you have found WiFi setup option select it by pressing the play/pause button.
