  1. Take a ¼” RCA cable with red and black connectors.
  2. Plug its headphones jack into the headphones port on your computer.
  3. Insert the red connector into the right studio monitor speaker and the black connector into the left speaker. If both ends are joined, pull them apart.

Choose a longer cable for easy connection. However, this method is not ideal as it can cause unbalanced sound.

Method 2

This method works for the entry-level studio monitors that feature only RCA inputs. They need a 1/8” to RCA cable.
